Monica Merryman is the Executive Director of Cancer Support Community Valley/Ventura/ Santa Barbara (CSCVVSB). Monica was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2019 and is now a 4-year survivor. Karen Furnari was a participant at Cancer Support Community along with her husband, Steve. She participated in the caregivers’ group and then the bereavement group after Steve’s passing. Karen is an active member of the Thousand Oaks Rotary and is a strong advocate of the services provided by Cancer Support Community. Monica & Karen will be joining us to talk about CSCVVSB’s 5th Annual Hope Walk will be held on Saturday, June 10, 2023, at California Lutheran University.
