John M. Poothullil, MD, FRCP, has been practicing medicine as a pediatrician and allergist for more than 30 years. Dr. Poothullil has devoted 20 years to studying diabetes and cancer and has written three books. His fourth book “When Your Child Has Cancer” will be published on August 20, 2020. Dr. Poothullil will be discussing the topic of viral pandemics.

Mel Kaspin Blume is the former Head of Copy at Disney Consumer Products where she created in-depth storytelling copy for products from Disney, Pixar, Lucasfilm and Marvel. Mel is the mother of a six-year-old daughter and a three-year-old son, and she will be discussing her COVID-19 children’s book called “Screens, Beans and Quarantines”.

Kathryn Clunen, Esq. is currently Of Counsel at the Dion Law Group in Westlake Village, as well as a trained mediator. Her predominate area of practice is family law and collaborative divorce. Kathryn provides legal services for individuals in dissolutions, child custody, child support, spousal support, and property disputes. She will be discussing the current status of the Ventura County family law courts.

Eve Smith is a plant-based lifestyle educator & coach as well as a Forks Over Knives certified chef, with a Master’s degree in Psychology. She helps diabetics and those needing a new prescription for change. Whatever obstacles arise, she will help you overcome them by modifying your program or offering new solutions. Eve will be discussing the difference between a plant-based and vegan diet.

Julie Kraschinsky is the Managing Director of eWomenNetwork, Calabasas-Westlake Village Chapter and a Sales Director with Mary Kay Cosmetics. Her mission is to enrich the lives of women and offering a platform for them to thrive. Julie will be discussing how the pandemics has affected her business, as well as her team members and network members.
