Kim Connelly Cruz is the definition of ‘Boss Mom’. For the past 27 years she has balanced a successful career in the Escrow and Title business (currently the Escrow County Manager of Fidelity Title), her family, and now she has added a new adventure. Kim and her husband have opened their DIY, event, and succulent store, called The Pallet. Her passion to help people in the community recently led her to helping the victims of the fires. Kim has decided to continue to be a responder to crisis’ and creating care packages for people who are affected by natural disasters.
