Mary Aucoin Kaarto is a retired award-winning author, retired editor, and former freelance writer for the Houston Chronicle as well as many other periodicals and magazines. Many years ago, Mary went through two separate, two-year layoffs … all while as a single mom. She learned a great deal through these adversities, all of which she shares in her series of books.
Lynn Lehmkuhl is a registered yoga teacher with additional specialized training in chair yoga and therapeutic yoga.
