Fran Solomon is a trained grief support facilitator and a certified Grief Recovery specialist. She will be talking about grief and how to obtain a healthy grief recovery. More specifically, October is National Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month with October 15th, being the day of remembrance.
Phoenix Gilman is a respected researcher, international author, and weight loss/anti-aging expert with over 39 years of diverse experience from personal trainer, fitness model and nutritionist, to researcher, product developer, consumer activist and speaker. She will be talking about her book “Diet Failure…The Naked Truth: The Brain Chemistry Key to Losing Weight- And Keeping It Off!”
Sonia Agresti will be talking about the Conejo Uncorked event on Thursday, October 20th. There will be food from 7 restaurants and caterers, wine from 9 wineries, great fun with live and silent auctions. We will also be serving beer, chocolate, cheese, popcorn and of course live entertainment from our local Singer and Songwriter Bill Rotella who will be playing 60’s and 70’s music! All the proceeds from the event will benefit the Conejo Valley Kiwanis Foundation, a 501c3 charity organization.
