Dave Nassaney’s latest book is titled: “The Caregiver’s Caregiver, A Guide to Avoiding Burnout & Surviving Grief.” It is designed to teach caregivers who are taking care of their loved ones (due to an illness or disability) how to take care of themselves FIRST. If they don’t learn this, they will likely suffer burnout and become as helpless as the person they are caring for.
Audrey Walzer, voted “Ventura County’s Best” yoga teacher from 2011 through 2014, is the owner and director of the Camarillo Yoga Center, voted “Ventura County’s Best” Yoga Studio. Audrey has taught movement and yoga for almost 4 decades, and specializes in “yoga for regular people,” combining mindfulness and physical practice to balance the demands of our stressful lives and help everyone, especially those who are not flexible or athletic, live a happy, healthy, balanced life.
J.R. Ford is a partner of Winchesters Grill & Saloon in Ventura, California. They will be hosting the Winemaker’s Dinner with Scott Cellars winery on Thursday, April 9th, 2015! They are aiming for an unpretentious, cowboy-style gathering with good food, great wines, and storytelling.
