Richard Giordano went on to Michigan State University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in physical education and biology, and a master’s degree in educational administration. He is the author of “Super-Charged Learning – How Wacky Thinking and Sports Psychology Make It Happen”.
Audrey Walzer, voted “Ventura County’s Best” yoga teacher from 2011 through 2014, is the owner and director of the Camarillo Yoga Center, voted “Ventura County’s Best” Yoga Studio. Audrey has taught movement and yoga for almost 4 decades, and specializes in “yoga for regular people,” combining mindfulness and physical practice.
