Paulette Lambert, director of nutrition for the California Health & Longevity Institute (CHLI) in Westlake Village, says that anybody can master the dinnertime blues and create delicious, family-pleasing meals with a repertoire of 10 simple, healthy recipes. Her new cookbook is titled The Wellness Kitchen – Fresh, Flavorful Recipes for a Healthier You.
Dan Guerrero is an award-winning producer of diverse programming for network and cable television and of live arts and culture concert events. He is a longtime friend of Linda Ronstadt and he will be conducting a conversation with her on September 29th at the VPAC in Northridge CA, where she will share her musical journey and what music has meant to her life.
