Jean-François Harvey BSc, DO, author of “Cure Back Pain: 80 Personalized Easy Exercises for Spinal Training to Improve Posture, Eliminate Tension & Reduce Stress” is also an athlete, former trainer, Kinesiologist, well-known osteopath and university professor. He has been aware of the effects of exercise on the back for 25 years. He also treats several high-performance athletes and dancers and offers regular training to health professionals and the general public. Jean-François resides in Montreal, QC. He is fluent in French and English.
