Jackleen Samuel, PT, DPT is the President and CEO of Resilient Healthcare. Jackleen started Resilient Healthcare three years ago and has presided over its rise as a leader in the Hospital-at-Home space. Their mission is to improve quality and access to care while reducing overall healthcare costs and re-hospitalizations. Today, the company has contracts with payors and hospital systems and is delivering services to approximately 20 hospitals. Jackleen is a Contributor to Forbes and operates two other businesses. She received a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Rutgers University.
Todd Patkin is the author of “Finding Happiness”, and the creator of the “12 Weeks To Living A Happier Life Program”. Todd’s 12 week program was built on the theory that significant lifestyle transformation can be achieved one simple change at a time. Todd grew up in Needham, Massachusetts. After graduating from Tufts University, he joined the family business and spent the next eighteen years helping to grow it to new heights. After it was purchased by Advance Auto Parts in 2005, he was free to focus on his main passions: philanthropy and giving back to the community, spending time with family and friends, and helping more people learn how to be happy. Todd lives with his wonderful wife, Yadira.
