~ Happy Valentines Day ~
Are you limiting your happiness? It seems like many of us might be. We might think we don’t deserve it, or we’re just not good enough. If this sounds familiar, then you might be holding onto a belief about yourself that you need to let go of. Don’t keep waiting to be happy, start today. We can learn to be happy and love ourselves.
Here are some things that can help you:
1. Don’t live in regret, give yourself some room for mistakes. We all have made some bad choices we’re not proud of.
2. Start with looking at the little things that you like about yourself, by self reflecting.
3. Make life about your story. Learn what your story is, so you know your purpose in life. What are your gifts, the things that come easy to you and that you get complimented on?
4. Make a list of the things that you like to do to help others, that come easy to you, and make sure they are not adding stress.
5. Embrace the real you, fall in love with you. Take yourself out on a date, it doesn’t have to be alone, but maybe you’ve been catering too often to others. This needs to be all about you this time.
6. Be mindful about your minutes, feel them, live them, enjoy them and you will receive great gratitude.
