If you start your day off right, that sets the tone for the rest of your day. We all come in contact with other people who have not started their day with that same outlook. So, how do we hold onto our good feeling that we intended to have for our day? If we could think in terms of a thermostat… If things get too hot, we adjust. If things get too cold, we adjust. For today, and for this week, try not to take on everybody else’s emotions in order to keep a positive outlook throughout your day.
Here are a few tips that will help you to start your day in a positive way: 1. Before you even get your feet out of bed, take a moment to remember what you are grateful for. 2. Do you have something that you want to accomplish today? Set up a plan and make it happen! 3. Remember that you are your biggest gift.
