7am Show: July 29, 2017 – Maria Felipe “Live Your Happy”, Dr. Richard Goldstein “Keep Your Pets Safe”, & Dr. Carlos Martinez “Cataracts & Astigmatism”

Maria Felipe is the author of “Live Your Happy”. The book includes real-world examples from Maria’s life and from her students’ experiences. In nine crystal-clear chapters, Maria shows readers how to get the “cuckoo voice of the ego” out of the way, connect with their “inner teacher,” and access personal power and strength.  


Dr. Richard Goldstein is currently the Chief Medical Officer at the Animal Medical Center in New York City. Pet owners in New York and New Jersey recently were warned about a deadly disease that is passed through rats. He will be talking about ways to keep our pets safe in the city as well as sharing tips on how to spot warning signs, symptoms and risk factors for leptospirosis.

Dr. Carlos Martinez, consultant to Alcon and Chairman of Ophthalmology at Long Beach Memorial, is an expert on cataracts and educating patients about treatment options. He will be discussing facts about cataracts and astigmatism, survey results with real-life examples of the impact of cataracts on patients he sees every day in practice, the unique way cataracts impact the Hispanic community, and more.

7am Show: July 22, 2017 – Jody Skenderian “FORK IT OVER 2017 Benefit for Girl Scouts of California’s Central Coast” & Dan Collier “PizzaMan Dan’s”

Jody Skenderian is the CEO of Girl Scouts of California’s Central Coast. She will be talking about FORK IT OVER 2017 Benefit for Girl Scouts of California’s Central Coast on August 3rd from 6pm-9pm. This cookie, culinary competition and fundraiser will feature recipes by local chefs from some of the most notable restaurants, caterer’s and bakery’s in town.

Mark Sektnan is a California-based regional manager and president of ACIC. Mark is an expert in all insurance related issues ranging from auto body repair to workers compensation. He will be talking about the dangers of Wildfires in Southern California and how to protect your home and family in the event of one happening.
